Un-opened, un-damaged parts and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange. All additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless there is an error on our part (incorrect of defective item supplied).
Returns Policy - Helmets
All helmets that need to be exchanged do to incorrect sizing must be done so within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags and decals remain un-touched and un-damaged, any helmet that has these removed cannot be exchanged. Any helmet that is returned to rStar Design for exchange will be inspected for any signs of wear upon arrival before an exchange is agreed to. There will only be one exchange per helmet sale permitted for sizing reasons. All additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless there is an error on our part (incorrect of defective item supplied).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full AU dollar.
